All orders are custom made to your specifications. As a result, they have no value to anyone except as part of your order. We guarantee your satisfaction, but changes based on size or style are not accepted. If you have regrets within 24 hours (a single business day) of placing your order, please contact us immediately, and we can check on production and try to make changes. The sooner you contact us, the better. If you are certain you may change your mind, either leave the items in the shopping cart while you decide, call or email for help, or purchase our cancellation/change assurance package.

Oops Policy
We proudly offer an industry leading Oops policy to ensure you have the best shopping experience.
If we make a mistake in producing your order, let us know immediately. Upon verifying the problem, we will ensure you receive the correct products in a rush.
If YOU MAKE A MISTAKE, we will review the problem, and we will offer a remake or adjustment at a reduced cost to you. Oops policy requests must be made within 5 days of your receipt of the products, and cannot include the color selection of a product. Products that can be fixed to your measurements will be done at a "repair cost", usually a fraction of the cost of the product. (You will be charged the freight to us and the reshipment back to you.)
Do not ship anything to us without prior authorization. We do production and repairs in different facilities, and you will be responsible for any extra charges.
Warranties
Our warranties are industry standard plus. Listed below is the only warranty, there are no other warranties, either implied or explicit. Limited 5 year warranty covering materials and workmanship. Color and shape changes that may occur over time due to exposure to the environment cannot be covered because each installation is different. However, we do have an easy repair policy for many products we carry. We will work with you to have your products repaired at a fair and reasonable price provided the following conditions exist; we continue to sell the same product during the time you have a problem and replacement products are still available. Please remember this is a fashion product and trends may come and go. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear (cord damage) or deterioration caused by the elements, negligence, or acts of God. This warranty does not apply to any of the parts that have failed due to accident, buyer negligence, alterations, misuse, abuse, improper handling, installation or maintenance. Failure to follow instructions for operating or installing the product, loss of color intensity due to exposure to the sun over a long period of time, exposure to salt air, or normal wear and tear shall not be covered by this warranty. Blind slats may vary slightly in color – especially in the case of wood slats. This variation is inherent in the nature of wood and thus is not covered under this warranty. The warranty does cover the original materials to the original buyer for materials and workmanship. Manufacturing defects must be claimed within 15 days of your receipt of the product, so we can make an effort to repair the situation. The manufacturer’s warranty is limited to repairs or replacements of the defective blind or its components. The vendor warrants your order against vendor error. Vendor’s warranty is limited to replacement of blinds or its components. Damage to your home or by elements inside your home is not covered by this warranty.
We retain the right to repair or replace at our discretion, any or all of the products with a comparable product when a claim to warranty is accepted. If our determination is the defect is not a warranty defect, we will offer our repair program, which will work to resolve your issues professionally. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so you will find your experience with us satisfying.
We reserve the right to modify, terminate, or amend this warranty policy at anytime without notice.
Color Matching
Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally, and electronically reproducing color on the Internet is imprecise. Therefore, we do not guarantee what you see accurately portrays the color. We have gone to great lengths to portray colors as accurately as possible. In addition, we offer FREE product swatches/samples for customers seeking a more specific color match. So, if an exact color match is needed, then please request free samples before placing your order. Once you receive your samples, keep in mind that even the actual sample will have minimal color variations as stated by our manufacturers.
Note: If two products have the same color name, this does not mean they are the same exact color. Please order samples of all products you wish to consider purchasing to avoid any confusion.
Natural items Disclaimer: Our Natural materials can vary a great deal from a sample to the actual shade that you order. The color can vary from a more lively greenish tint to a more natural brown color. The sample should be used to only get an idea of the string/ladder placement and a general feel for the product's pattern possibilities.
Color Coordinated Components Color Coordinated means similar colors but not necessarily the same exact color. An exact match in color is not always possible for the components of the blind/shade. The color that best coordinates with the product's slat/fabric color will be chosen for use on the components. All components will not necessarily be of the same exact coordinated color.
For example, you may order a Golden Oak colored product but the headrail is not available in that color, so for this product the factory will have a coordinated color they use which may be more of a cocoa color. The same is true for the other components of the product, such as the ladder strings, lift cords, tilter cord or tilter wand, bottom rail, and tassels. Not all options are color coordinated, so make sure you are aware of the color of each option you order.
Fabric Backlighting
"Backlighting" is the effect seen when light filters in through translucent type fabrics from behind (like daylight outside). Our swatches don't show you the effect of backlighting, which can soften colors and highlight fabric textures. Please be aware this is a natural effect.
All of these color variations are industry standards and if these variations appear in the product you receive, these are TO BE EXPECTED. Therefore, you will have received a reasonably produced order based on your request, and thus there can be no claims of misrepresentation for these reasons.
Shipping Policy
Free Shipping through the Continental USA. (Alaska and Hawaii will be billed a surcharge, sorry.) Most orders will ship about 8-12 business days after they are placed. Orders under 96 inches wide will ship by a common carrier, like UPS or FedEx. When you receive your package, please inspect there is no damage to the packaging and there are as many boxes as you expect. If you suspect concealed damage inside, please open the package while the delivery agent is with you. Some orders may take longer due to shortages or back ordered items.
