Window Shades | | Window Shades are those window treatments which display a fabric, or other shading material, which will be raised and lowered, or moved from side-to-side. These defining difference between window shades and window blinds is that window shades will have a full sized sheet of material that does not have the slats common to window blinds.
Window shades can be made from beautiful woven fabrics, as in the case of roman shades or roller shades, or can be made using Solar Shading fabrics, like the SunControl shades. Window shades are also be made with blackout vinyl composites, like the Sleep Roller shades. Recently, there have been some great innovations using wooden materials, including the DecoWoods bamboo shades collections.
From whatever material is used to make the window shades, the end result will be similar. Either a lifting or lowering or sliding panel of material that will provide varying degrees of privacy and light control. The variations in design among the window shades will depend on the type of material, as well the level of privacy and light control. Check out each material to see how each window shades choice will work for your needs. | | | | Displaying 1 to 10 (of 13 products) | Result Pages: 1 | | | |
