Product Description: Traditional 2 inch horizontals from metal (actually aluminum) are an affordable and colorful way to decorate and cover your windows. These blinds are light weight and thin, so they do not require a deep window frame for inside installation. Our slats are made from a special aluminum alloy, which allows us to use lightweight materials, compared to others which may use heavier materials. This makes the blinds easier to lift and control. Our control mechanism is modernized to avoid many of the problems that existed with older systems from the past. You will find high quality steel, plastic, polyester and aluminum parts- along with some of our secret ingredients. These blinds are resistant to corrosion and fading, and look great on doors. When ordering for doors, please order our free hold-down brackets. The classical way to use these blinds is with cloth tape. The cloth tapes we offer are 1 ½” wide, and help cover the lift holes in each slat. We strongly recommend the selection of this option with this product. Choose from standard braided lift ladder, or upgrade to the traditional cloth tape. Either way, you will be pleased with your purchase of "Art Deco blinds" .
